DRONE HOPPER ANDRONI GIOCATTOLI: AL TACHIRA DOPO LA SFORTUNA ARRIVA IL 3° POSTO DI MERCHAN
In una Vuelta al Tachira molto sfortunata per la Drone Hopper Androni Giocattoli i motivi per sorridere arrivano da Didier Merchan. Il giovane colombiano al debutto tra i professionisti, già in fuga nella prima tappa, nella top-10 ieri nella terza, oggi ha fatto ancora meglio chiudendo sul podio della quarta frazione, Lagunillas-Merida di 104 chilometri. Merchan è stato tra i protagonisti del finale in salita della tappa, terminando terzo a 8” dal venezuelano Suesca e a 4” dall’altro corridore di casa Cano Acevedo. A completare i buoni piazzamenti per la Drone Hopper Androni Giocattoli anche il sesto posto di Juan Diego Alba a 10” dal vincitore. Merchan ora è al nono posto in classifica generale dove guida il venezuelano Espinel. Per la Drone Hopper Androni Giocattoli dopo i ritiri di ieri di Marchiori e Tagliani da segnalare oggi l’abbandono dello spagnolo Vigo a causa dei postumi della caduta dell’altro giorno. Domani alla Vuelta al Tachira è il giorno dell’insidioso arrivo in salita a La Grita.
DRONE HOPPER ANDRONI GIOCATTOLI: THE 3RD PLACE OF MERCHAN ARRIVES AT THE TACHIRA AFTER MISFORTUNE
